Federal Perkins Loan

One-Time Payment

You can submit your one-time payment of {{ $ctrl.AddlRecoAmt_OTP | currency:"$" }} via USCe.pay. You must apply by {{$ctrl.planningDataOTPLdta}}.

USC Payment Plan

You must submit the online application by {{$ctrl.planningDataUPPLdta}} for the USC Payment Plan. When asked for the payment plan’s total amount, enter a value of {{$ctrl.AddlRecoAmt_upp | currency:"$"}}.

Direct Student Loan

To receive the Direct Student Loan you must complete the Federal Direct Stafford Loan Request Form by {{$ctrl.planningDataFDStuLoanLastDtoA}}. You can access this form from the Financial Aid section of myUSC. The form will ask you for the gross amount you would like to borrow. Enter a gross amount of {{fdsl_gross_amount | currency:"$" }}. Once the loan is processed and the origination fees are deducted, the net amount of {{fdsl_net_amount | currency:"$"}} will be disbursed to your student account.

Direct Parent PLUS Loan

To receive the Direct Parent Plus Loan the student's parent must complete the online application by {{$ctrl.planningDataFDPPLLastDtoA}}. The application will ask you for the gross amount you would like to borrow. Enter a gross amount of {{fdppl_gross_amount | currency:"$"}}. Once the loan is processed and the origination fees are deducted, the net amount of {{fdppl_net_amount | currency:"$"}} will be disbursed to your student account. If you have already applied for this loan, please check the Award Status tab on FAST for any additional instructions. You selected the Parent PLUS loan as a resource you would like to utilize to cover your remaining expenses. The Department of Education denied the initial request for this loan. You may still be eligible to receive this loan. You can appeal the decision with the Department of Education, your parent may reapply with an endorser, or if you have more than one natural parent, the other parent may apply. You selected the Parent PLUS loan as a resource you would like to utilize to cover your remaining expenses. The Department of Education denied the initial request for this loan. If your loan is approved you will no longer be eligible for the additional unsubsidized Federal Direct Loan.

Direct Grad PLUS Loan

To receive the Federal Direct Plus Loan complete the online application by {{$ctrl.planningDataFDGPLLastDtoA}}. The application will ask you for the gross amount you would like to borrow. Enter a gross amount of {{fdgpl_gross_amount | currency:"$"}}. Once the loan is processed and the origination fees are deducted, the net amount of {{fdgpl_net_amount | currency:"$"}} will be disbursed to your student account. If you have already applied for this loan, please check the Award Status tab on FAST for any additional instructions. You have selected the PLUS loan as a resource you would like to use to cover your remaining expense. However, the Department of Education denied your initial application for this loan. You may appeal this decision or reapply with an endorser. Please visit the studentloans.gov website for more information.

Private Financing

You can apply for private financing through one of the many available lenders by {{$ctrl.planningDataFDPrivLoanLastDtoA}}. When filling out the application, enter a total loan amount of {{$ctrl.AddlRecoAmt_PF | currency:"$"}}.

Based on the resources you are planning to use to cover your projected balance, you are eligible to receive a refund of {{-$ctrl.ProjRemBal | currency:"$"}}. If you would like these funds directly deposited into a personal bank account, please sign up for direct deposit.
